With the formalities out of the way, and depending on our agreement:

• Study begings
• Requirements are gathered
• Processes are evaluated
• A decision concerning whether a technological solution is needed can then be made
• A design document will be provided
• A time and cost estimate will be provided
• Development will begin
• Weekly progress and cost reports will be provided until the end of the development cycle
• Development will be interative so that you can see and benefit from progress in a timely manner
• Automation will be a feature unless you say you don't want it
